Our Shipping & Handling Policy


Our shipping & handling fees are based on your order total. The chart below shows your expected shipping rate. Some specifically marked items also can incur a large-item fee. This fee is added on top of the shipping & handling. Any item that has a large-item fee is marked as such.

About our shipping:


  • We Ship all orders via UPS or USPS.
  • Please do not provide drop off instructions with your order.
  • Tracking number(s) for your purchase(s) will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped.
  • Tracking Numbers are provided with all UPS Shipments.
  • Delivery Confirmation Numbers are provided with all USPS Domestic Shipments.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Please allow 72 hours for order processing.
  • Orders received Friday evening and throughout the weekend are processed on Monday.
  • We do ship to Canada
  • Shipments to some foreign countries are allowed. See list at checkout. Due to the changing rates and rules, all shipments made to foreign countries have their shipping rates calculated AFTER checkout has been completed to insure the proper cost is calculated.

Our Other Policies


Return Policy

We hope that you are happy with your order. We realize issues do arise. ALL products are covered under Manufactures Warranty; we DO NOT cover any issues beyond Manufactures Warranty.

If you decide that you do not want the product that you received, and the product was listed correctly, you have thirty (30) days to contact us for a return authorization. After thirty (30) days all sales are final.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price is applicable.
  • Original shipping charges are non refundable.
  • Call 1-800-807-7140 for more information on returning products or questions concerning policies.


Damages in Shipping
If you received a damaged item please contact customer service, and we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf. There are several options available to the customer when this happens, just contact us, and we will be more than happy to work with you determine the best possible resolution.

Incorrect Item Received
Occasionally an error may occur. We will resolve the issue quickly once you contact us. If you have received the incorrect product please call 1-800-807-7140 and we will either replace the product or refund your full purchase price including shipping.

Inadvertent Misrepresentation
Please COMPLETELY read item title & description before contacting us. If you feel that we have misrepresented an item, please contact customer service.

If an error was made on our part, we will issue a full refund or credit, including original shipping upon the return of the item. The customer is responsible for returning the product. We will provide a return label via email. Once received we will re-evaluate the item and determine if where error occurred.
